Tracy and team were very helpful in selling our home on the bay. Their customer service was above and beyond. This was a home that was used as a summer get away. We live a 2 day drive away and UpNorth was fantastic in making arrangements on our behalf with local providers to make repairs, perform cleaning and maintain upkeep for showings to facilitate the sale of the home.

I purchased a property and the seller was represented by Tracy. She was hard to work with, refused to answer questions, and complained about having to sign contracts and legal documents that are very normal to real estate transactions.
Worst of all, I later found out after closing that the basement wall was failing… and it bowed dramatically… inward after the first rain. I also found out through a prior potential buyer that Tracy had documentation from a licensed inspector revealing this structural defect, along with documentation about a failing misrepresented septic, unsafe electrical

We bought our cottage from Tracy about 3 years ago, back when my old feeble computer couldn't even reach Facebook. Even though she was a seller's agent in this transaction I felt perfectly comfortable dealing with her. Her honesty and attention to detail were superb. She went the extra mile to reassure us, often answering simple questions that would have tried anyone's patience.
