We recently used By The Sea Realty to buy our dream home. Susan was our realtor and she was amazing!! Susan was great. We cold called the agency and Susan picked up. Even though she was on her way to an appointment, she spent some time with me reviewing what we were looking for. She got back to me that day with some possibilities and within three weeks went to contract on our new place. She helped us all throughout the mortgage application and right through to the closing. Susan was the perfect realtor. She helped us rent a condo for a season and then we decided to buy in the area and she helped us find the right place in Lauderdale by the Sea. After a few visits she knew what we were looking for and never wasted out time. She selected a variety to show us the different areas and types. She handled the contract and closing with no issues. She did a lot of little things for us that I would never expect of a realtor. This was particularly helpful because we lived out of town. I would recommend her for anyone.

Kris Kerr was amazingly helpful whilst trying to rent out my condo in Fort Lauderdale. Due to our condo boards rules, it is "easier to get into heaven" then to be approved for a rental in our community... but Kris was always positive and always went to the trouble to vet the candidates first, so they weren't wasting their time, my time or hers! With Kris' patience and professionalism, we found the perfect tenant and I could not be more pleased! We found a gem when we met Kris and I urge anyone in need of an amazing realtor to look her up!
