Tots Of Love Child Development Center, LLC is a private commercial based learning center for children. Our program is designed to accommodate the needs of working parents between the hours of 6:30am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. At Tots Of Love we specialize is caring for your children. Tots of Love is a development center for children age birth through entry into first grade.

Our goal is to employ well-trained, qualified staff persons. Our child care staff has completed the background checking processes and has been cleared by the FBI, DOJ, CACI and all other state and federal agencies. Tots of Love will only employ those who meet and/or exceed those standards set forth by the state of California for their specific title or position.

My name is Courtney Williams and I am the Site Director of Tots Of Love - Elk Grove West. As we are entering our new school year 2020-2021, we have tons of fun events to be on the look out for.

The infant/ toddler development program is a balance between adult stimulation and independent exploration. Children's physical needs are met from being kept safe to building new skills through active play. Social and emotional development go hand-in-hand and are also equally important. Preschool builds on the child's natural desire to learn new things and become self-relaint.
