We're a full service floral preservation studio offering unique preserved floral art, custom floral designs, and preservation services for special event flowers. We use a desiccant preservation method which takes anywhere from one to four weeks to prepare flowers. The entire preservation and design process takes anywhere from one to three months, depending on the project.
Some coloring may change: reds and pink colors may deepen and white flowers will become creamy. We highly recommend keeping all dried and preserved flowers out of direct sunlight, and out of environments with significant humidity or rapid changes in temperature. I started Second Bloom in an effort to look more closely at natural forms, and to find interesting ways to show our inextricable relationship with nature.

This means you can choose to take your flowers home with you as a shadow box-encased arrangement, pressed in frames, or have your fresh flowers creatively memorialized with a stunning photograph print. Your fresh flowers are styled and photographed in a creative arrangement, then made into a large print for your wall.
