Falcon Family Eye Care continues to serve the eye care needs of our community. We continue to operate with a reduced staff, and have spaced appointments to allow for fewer contact points when visiting our office and more time for cleaning between patients. We utilize air purifiers in each exam room and in the optical to reduce risk of airborne contaminant.
We are happy to report that we have been vaccinated! In accordance with guidance from the CDC and county health officials, we continue to require that everyone wear a mask while in the office. We are an enclosed health care facility and need to protect the health of our staff and all of our patients.

We are conveniently located in the Presidio office park on Dobson Rd just South of the Chandler Regional Medical Center. Falcon Family Eye Care serves Chandler, Sun Lakes, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert and the East Valley. Phone hours are M-Th 8-4:30, F 8-2. We close for lunch from 1-2 daily. In addition to her front office administrative tasks and opticianing, Jennifer coordinates referrals to specialists and communication with your primary care doctor regarding your eye health.
