We pack real self-defense skills into the most exciting, rewarding, and beneficial workout of your life.

Our academy offers specialized programs for adults, women and children in one of the most effective martial art and self defense systems in the world. We will focus on the essential Jiu-Jitsu techniques and concepts that will build a solid self-defense and Jiu-Jitsu foundation. The Technics Intro to Jiu-Jitsu Program is built specifically for new practitioners. We will outline exactly what is needed to progress from White to Blue Belt in our academy.

Technics Jiu-Jitsu Program

The Technics Jiu-Jitsu Advanced Program is our main group class. This program will define the path from Blue to Black Belt. This mixed level class will allow you to train and practice with practitioners of all belt ranks and skill levels. We will present new techniques and problems, and revisit old techniques in a new way.

The Technics Academy is dedicated to producing World class Martial Artists. Our coaches have an extensive background in all areas of MMA and have coached some of Hawaii Top MMA Fighters. Our MMA Fight Team is composed of Hawaii's Top Professional & Amateur MMA fighters who are focused on reaching the next level.
