The crew at Brother's prides themselves on creating dishes that are consistent, delicious and only made with fresh, quality ingredients; the results speak for themselves!
With multiple trips to the fish market every week, our goal is to provide the freshest seafood available on the market. Our menu changes seasonally, and we do our best to source as many ingredients from local and regional producers as possible. Our original location was takeout only, but in 2015 we expanded next door to include a restaurant & bar serving modern and eclectic seafood dishes.

We are proud to introduce our Diner's Club at Brother's Fish & Chips Restaurant. Throughout the year, we will host numerous specialty dinners with talented chefs and collaborators, attend off-site events and may even 'pop-up' where you least expect us. Fresh caught fish marinated with lime juice, fresh ginger, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Garnished with fried plantain strips. A pile of steaming fresh mussels served in a garlic, white wine and butter sauce with toasted bread. Fresh calamari rings and tentacles, fried and served with our homemade tartar sauce and lemon.
