They help us provide medical care for people who can't afford it, supportive end-of-life care for those who are dying, and scholarships for local future healthcare workers.
Billing

We believe in price transparency and billing accountability and we understand that bills for medical care can be confusing. Our staff is here to help. You may pay your bill through our website at any time using our secure payment system specifically designed for medical payments. If you wish to make a one-time payment to pay your entire balance, you may do so without registering your account.
Financial Aid

Moab Regional Hospital is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 hospital and as a part of our commitment to our community we offer financial assistance for those who qualify. If your hospital bills are creating financial challenges, we encourage you to apply. Financial aid is determined on a sliding scale based on income and family size.

Date of Admission/Treatment is REQUIRED. Mark the appropriate box for each item to be disclosed (e.g., lab reports; radiology; discharge summary; emergency department.) If you would like all items for the date of service listed, check "Others" and write in "All Records". In the space after: "The information will be used for the following purposes:", please state why you want the information released.

Medical Care Planning involves thinking and talking about your end-of-life wishes with your loved ones and at least one person that you choose at you proxy or agent (substitute decision-maker). You may also want to involve your Primary Care Provider in these discussions.
