I would come here if I broke my ankle in a mountain biking accident. I would not come here as a local for primary care.
Also I’ve been in a billing nightmare with these people for 18 months

Watch this hospital and their billing department. They will double bill you. Your will get bills and pay on them then get bills dated a before the date of bills you already paid off. Their billing department is a mess and screws up your billing double billing you. Also watch because all your personal info will be talked about with all their family and friends. Had people I worked with telling everyone at work what their husband told her about patients at hospital and covid patients. They tell everyone your personal health

Yes I went to Moab Regional Hospital Urgent care because I was sick and I was having a hard time breathing. and coughing badly, all they did was give me some kind of cough suppressant and told me to follow up with primary provider. So about a week I called my primary provider to make appointment (hoping to get some antibiotics) and they refused me and referrerd me back to urgent care. I am really upset about this.

Most nurses are fantastic however there's one particular nurse that works during the evening That needs to learn some bedside manner there are also some ER doctors that have pretty terrible attitudes fortunately I will not be returning unless there is an emergency.

I just had a monoclonal antibody infusion at MRH. I wanted to give my nurse a huge shout out !
Gail was outside waiting when I arrived, supported my dizzy Covid walking and guided me in to the Covid infusion area. She is so kind, gentle and competent. I was given information and a painless IV started. Every step was explained and I was able to relax and know that I was in very good hands.
I am writing this to say thank you to a wonderful nurse...but what I really wanted to do was hug her.
Thank you Gail. Suzanne Lewis

We had a wonderful experience at the Moab Hospital Urgent Care in August of 2021. My husband and I were visiting and he unfortunately had a mountain biking accident, injuring his elbow. We found the service, from front door greeter, to secretary/intake, to MA, to provider all caring and efficient. In particular, the medical assistant Courtney was amazing. She specializes in orthopedics and was clearly quite proficient at her role. She put a very comfortable 1/2 cast on him better than I ever could have done (and I'm a Family Medicine Physician)! Everyone was professional, empathetic, and kind.

My wife fell and broke her hip. I was stuck on a mountain while my wife was transportd to the hospital from our hotel. I did not get there until that evening. When I finally got to see the doctor 2 days later The arrogant Dr Quinn refused to answer any of my questions as he said I was not his patient. He said he told my wife all the information she needed while heavily medicated and to ask her what was said. The staff was great and very helpful. The doctor on the other hand is a piece of work. Here we are 5 days later and no follow up from the doctor.

Nurses can’t even put a simple IV in, taking there sweet time and I was the only patient at 4am I just literally walked out right now. And I have never done anything like that in my life or even written a review. I was severely dehydrated and in a lot of pain. And me walking out should tell you what a bad experience I had.

Outstanding emergency room, first class team. Dislocated my elbow Mtn biking. They fixed me up rapidly. Special shout out to Daniel the anesthesiologist, Ray the respiratory therapist, and of course, Angela the RN. The rest of the team was incredible too but I can't remember their names- thanks guys, you know who you are:) Everyone treated me with dignity when I'm sure they all had better things to do than to work on this clumsy rider. I feel fortunate that I landed under their care.

I so appreciate the excellent care my Aunt received at Moab Regional Hospital. Shout out to every staff member. The friendly receptionists at the door, front desk staff, every nurse and aide, PT, cooks, Social Services, Discharge and Doctors. She really did not want to leave due to your patient and thorough care and consideration. Right down to the flying pig with cupcakes.. . You all can tell that story!

Sadly they wouldn't see me for a broken foot. The friendly lady at the ER said their policy is not to see if insurance covers it nor do they say what they cover. Had to drive to Grand Junction, wish I saved time and didn't go. Bad hospital for anybody visiting from out of town.

Be very careful if you choose to go to Moab Regional Hospital. I was there in October 2015 for a flare up of a condition that I have had previously. I knew that I needed two antibiotics. After I saw the doctor, a nurse came in with those antibiotics, as well as four other pills. He told me that two of the pills were anti-nausea pills and two were another antibiotic. I questioned the need for a third antibiotic and he said that is what the doctor ordered. I said I was not going to take those pills without more information. He left and another nurse came in.

The second nurse said that there

Unfortunately we had a visit to the emergency room during our vacation but fortunately we went to the Moab Regional Hospital. Short wait at the reception, great receptionist, very friendly and helpful in our time of emergency. Dr Rouzer was the attending emergency room physician. A first we didn't know what to think of him but as he lowered our anxiety level, we couldn't be more impressed. We all felt in very good hands. I am going to nickname him: Dr BJ Hunnicutt. Overall we had a positive experience at the hospital.
