John is a very great person he went above and beyond to help me a few weeks ago. After John completed the house inspection, I realize my contractor was a no show to complete the estimate. John knew I was from out of town and it would require another trip to get the estimate done, he made some calls to get me a contractor last minute.
I really appreciate John's dedication and effort.
John deserves more than 5 star, he is the definition of above and beyond.

I was at the end of my home closing and needed to get a last minute, unexpected septic inspection. John and Doug with Safe-Buy Home Inspection were willing to do the inspection on short notice and even arranged the day and time directly with the real estate agent. If I could leave a zero I would. Run away he will cost you a sale by writing up non existent "violations ". He appears to lack knowledge and understanding of building codes - actually did not know what some standard building codes were during inspection. He wrote things to the effect of 'It's not a code violation but you should...' and as a result you must pay a certified contractor to confirm that there Never was a code violation. Find ANYONE else!!! (And unprofessional to pass out coupons for your other business renting bounce houses...)

While I wasn't pleased with the initial inspection I have to admit that John's response was impressive. Especially when you consider the inspection took place five years ago! John has taken it upon himself to refund the inspection amount and then some...how many businesses can you say that about?! What's even more impressive is John's response to what was a harsh review: "...Without reviews like this I would never improve.
