Brian T. Mulligan

Brian Mulligan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in 1991 from the University of Florida, he attended the John Marshall Law School and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1996. He spent several years prosecuting misdemeanor and felony charges while working for the State Attorney's office in Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

In seventh grade he was awarded the Take Stock in Children scholarship, a "full ride" to a four-year Florida college. Take Stock in Children was founded in the early 1990s to combat the persistent dropout rate that plagued Tampa's public schools.
Created by a local education foundation with both public and private funding, it provides scholarships, mentors and comprehensive services for high-potential, low-income students from middle school through high school, and transition to college and careers.Through Take Stock, Brendan was able to attend Saint Leo University, graduating with a 3.84 g.p.a. in 3 years.

Robin has been with the law firm since 2003 in Port Richey, Florida and is a Personal Injury Legal Assistant working with Craig Laporte. She deals with injured clients from the moment they walk in our door until their case is concluded.
