They do not return calls, ever, seldom can you get to a real person. Our nurse has been wonderful, but she has left the agency, supposedly someone was supposed to be here yesterday,no visit, no call, nothing. I would never recommend this agency. I would give it zero stars.

When I am asked about home care services when someone is ready to return home I always recommend Legacy home care. Their customer services is outstanding and it begin with Brian Juul. He makes time for the family to talk about the needs of the loved one, who that person is, and what are their interests. With these questions during the intake session, he is trying to make sure that the client and staff are a good match. This small detail makes Legacy stand out above the rest. Legacy Home Care is my one and only go to for any Home Health services at our SNF! One quick phone call to Brain Juul and I know the rest is 100% taken care of! The process is so easy and smooth. He even comes out to our facility within a few hours of my call to meet individually with the resident, answers all questions they may have, and spends time with them ensuring a positive transition to there home with services they need to be successful. We greatly appreciate Legacy Home Care and Brian Juul.

Home health aides are good cooks and very attentive to your goals for the day. My nurse Shaunna comes to check on my medications and that I have taken them correctly. My needs and errands are always completed and they have helped me get back on my feet since I've been home as I had nothing there when I returned. I would recommend legacy services to anyone that needs assistance with their daily needs.
