We have used Underwood's for septic services at 3 different homes in 2 counties over a period of about 3-4 years. The best service we have received in a very long time by a service person. The tech was polite, well-dressed, very knowledgeable, and very tidy in repairing our septic problem. He took time to explain all the ins and outs of our septic system while performing and inspection and resulting repairs.
