Services
Physical Therapy
Our comprehensive physical therapy services address musculoskeletal injuries and movement disorders through customized treatment plans. Using manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, we help patients recover from sports injuries, work-related conditions, and chronic pain. Each session focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing future injuries through patient education and home exercise programs.
Lymphedema Management
Specialized lymphedema therapy combines manual lymph drainage, compression techniques, and skin care education to manage fluid buildup. Certified lymphedema therapists develop individualized plans to reduce swelling and improve quality of life for patients with post-cancer treatment or chronic conditions.
Women's Health
Targeted women's health services address pelvic floor dysfunction, pre/post-natal care, and pelvic pain conditions. Our therapists use gentle manual techniques and personalized exercise programs to treat urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and post-surgical recovery needs.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Post-surgical and injury recovery programs utilize manual joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and progressive strengthening exercises. We specialize in treating neck/back pain, shoulder injuries, and knee/hip conditions to restore function and prevent surgical intervention.
Sports Injury Recovery
Sports-specific rehabilitation combines manual therapy with functional training to restore athletic performance. Our therapists develop sport-appropriate exercise programs to address overuse injuries, improve flexibility, and enhance recovery for athletes at all levels.

I started going to InTouch towards the end of my pregnancy, as well as postpartum, and have had an excellent experience with Jocelyn and Michelle. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I appreciate that the sessions are a solid hour and they use a variety of stretches, exercises, trigger point therapy, and tissue/muscle mobilization in their treatment plans - each session is catered to my specific needs and pains. I have recommended InTouch to family and friends and plan to use them during my next pregnancy as well.

My husband and I have been getting our physical therapy here for years. I would give them a 10-Star if it was possible! I am a retired nurse. My standards for PT for myself and my family are very high. In Touch is incredible. I would say perfect. Kind, friendly, warm staff. SO knowledgeable. Professional. They have taken my husband and I through surgery recoveries. and their work was outstanding. Our outcomes post op were wonderful. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!
