Very nice doctor but receptionist was rude over the phone and didnt bother to tell me that they didnt accept my vision insurance, despite it being one of the insurances accepted on the website, before I wasted my gas and time to rush out of the house. She could have told me over the phone and could have told me when I got there instead of waiting for the doctor to tell me that it would be $50+

Dr. Bi Li has great bed side manner. I was being fitted for my first pair of glasses and she walked me through the whole process. I was a little apprehensive going in, and she put me at ease.

They decided to stop taking walkins because they had so many. I showed up one hour and 15 minutes before they closed and the receptionist wouldn't even give me a recommendation of someone else around the area. Dont waste your time.

Great if you can go in person, but they never answer their phone so plan on in person visit over trying to call. Dr. Li is an amazing person, just wish I could call to get what I need done instead of wasting gas.
