Our Eye Care Professionals team includes owner and primary opthamologist, Dr. Matthew Mills and Dr. Thomas (Tam) Conklin who joined the practice in 2017, and has been practicing in Reno throughout his career. Dr. Conklin now serves primarily in a medical ophthalmology role while still performing in-office procedures and lasers.

He grew up in Reno and attended University of Nevada Reno (UNR) before entering medical school. He met his wife Mary in San Francisco. They are active in their church, enjoy hiking, walking their dog, and reading as well as playing an occasional round of golf. Dr. Conklin is delighted to be a part of the Eye Care Professionals team and is accepting new patients!
