The Career Readiness Project is a pilot program tested in 4 counties in Washington state, offering a Career and Life Coach program for parents on welfare. I developed the Career and Life Coaching model, synthesizing coaching, goal setting, and executive skills research to help parents returning to welfare pursue sustainable careers.

When we're in pain, or struggling with something difficult in our lives, it's normal to resist it, to want the feelings to go away. But when we push our feelings away, our pain can grow bigger. I provide a compassionate, safe, and supportive space for people to talk about their thoughts and feelings.

Couples can have a hard time finding a way to reach for one another when there's disconnection. Often conflict in relationship can lead to uncomfortable feelings like stuckness or distrust, which can be heartbreaking. Through coming to know your own blocks, fears, and patterns of shut down, partners can learn to identify what they are really longing for and needing and what is getting in the way of giving it, receiving, it, and asking for it.

I provide EFT Supervision/Consultation for therapists who want to grow in their EFT skills and/or become certified in EFT.
