We offer locker rooms with showers, private bathrooms, and a steam room in each of the spaces. We host an attendance card tracking system, which allows you to be able to track your attendance and workouts along your journey. We have a "Kids Zone" that is a matted room for your children to hang out in after their class.
History of Jiu Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu is a Japanese martial art and a method of close combat, used for defeating an opponent. The word "Jiu-Jitsu" can be translated to mean "the gentle art." Because striking against an armored opponent proves to be ineffective, practitioners learned that the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy comes in the form of pins, joint locks, and throws.
Programs

The adult program is taught by Katharo black belts and are super fun with lots of energy. We teach from a weekly curriculum developed by head instructor Professor Steve Hordinski, III. The Little Griffin program is designed for ages 4-6 year olds. In these classes we stress fine and gross motor skills through gripping, balance, and movement.
