CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. was founded in 1974 as Commercial Property Management, Inc. It has had five major acquisitions in its' history: 1982 - purchase of Rogue Property Management; 1985 - purchase of Hockersmith Property Management; 1993 - purchase of Active Property Management Services, Inc.; 2001 - purchase of Total Management Services, Inc.; and 2011- acquisition of RE/MAX PLATINUM.
