Encapsulated Post-Tensioning System

Structures exposed to corrosive environments, such as parking garages, demand special protection. The AMSYSCO Encapsulated PT System is designed and produced to provide the highest possible level of corrosion protection. Our advanced design and manufacturing process provides watertight encapsulation of the steel strand, anchorage and all connections.
Monostrand Post-Tensioning System

Our Monostrand ("regular" or non-encapsulated) PT system can be used as an economical method in non-corrosive environments. Some applications include indoor residential or office areas. In order to provide a cost-effective system, the anchorage devices are not encased in an extruded jacket and plastic sleeves/grease caps are not included.
Barrier Cable

AMSYSCO supplies barrier cable systems for vehicle and pedestrian restraint. The system meets the PTI Specification for Seven-Wire Steel Strand Barrier Cable Applications. The barrier cable system uses 0.5 diameter, 7-wire steel strands which are economical and flexible. Depending on the Owner's aesthetic and corrosion-protection requirements, AMSYSCO can furnish galvanized barrier cable, plastic coating barrier cable and epoxy barrier cable.
