I made an appointment a week ago and when I showed up they did not have me scheduled for an appointment. When I made the appointment they took all of my personal information and health insurance information. The person I made the appointment with on Monday Nov. 1 at 4:25pm was not very pleasant, but I made the appointment anyway. When I showed up, they said they did not have me scheduled and wanted to know who I made the appointment with. I don't usually interrogate the person I'm making an appointment with, so I didn't know there name. There response was, "I don't know
