Kevin is a phenomenal very detailed expert in home inspections. I am a 1st time home buyer and he walked me through all my questions and concerns. He is very responsive and willing to perform a home inspection with the buyer and seller explaining every issue he finds. Kevin takes his profession very serious and treats every Inspection like his own home.
