Bring a first time home buyer, you have lots of questions and doubts at times and they were amazing with answering all my questions and fears. The entire team makes it their goal to see you find the best possible home. The transaction coordinator, Alyssia, was the pinnacle of great communication and kept me in the loop with all updates in an timely manner. Wendy and Papasan Team are truly experts. Wendy helped me buy my first property about 10 years ago, so when it came time to sell, the decision was easy. However, I am currently living out of state and didn't know the first thing about selling property. From the first phone call - the Papasan team handled everything - picking up the keys, making minor repairs, staging, showings, the listing, etc. The process and constant communication could not have been easier.
