I would give 0 stars. Last weekend I went in and test drove cars. I had already been approved for a loan and chose a car. Theresa and I set a meeting for this Saturday for me to come in and give her the check for the car and sign the paperwork. I arrived and she set my mom and I at the table and went to her boss' office. She came back and stated that she "had 2 cars for me to look at." My mom said, "we aren't here to look at cars, we had a meeting to purchase the car today". She said that she knew that, but they sold the car yesterday. It would be different if I had not told her that I was already
