Jimmy, the driver, was not only courteous, knowledgable, he was right on time as scheduled! The day was long for him, the Dr's appointment was so important for husband to be there on time. The Dr's procedure was lengthy in time. Jimmy was right there to pick husband up and return him home. It was a very long day for him.
