SHORES JEWELRY ....MATTOON, ILLINOIS......I bought a sapphire ring from Shores Jewelry in April 2010 and the stone fell out September 2010 and the owner was condescending and not apologetic at all and would not stand by his merchandise. I think if only owning a ring for 6 months he should have replaced or fixed the ring for me for free. I now have a white gold setting that is useless. The way they treat their customers is appalling and I will take my business out of town from now on.
