I never lived here, so I cant really say from experience. However, I went for an application and decided to just pass these by. They looked very rough, and dangerous. I would not feel safe at all bringing kids home to this area. A bunch of guys standing outside, were staring at me like a pack of Wolves and I hadnt even gotten out of the car. No thanks! If you care about where your Children live and safety, you probably should keep looking.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! THEY'RE FULL OF ROACHES, BED BUGS, DRUNKS, BUMS, DRUG DEALERS, SHOOTOUTS AND MURDERS, AND THE POLICE ARE CINSTANTLY IN THE AREA.
