My wife has been a resident for over a year. People ask me how I feel about her care..are you happy? My answer is not only am I happy, I feel BLESSED with their level of care. The staff is responsive to her needs and very professional.

Several employees have tested positive for COVID-19. The owner has asked employees to return to work instead of quarantining as required. If she is receiving any financial benefits for FFCRA, she should be reported for not providing her employees with leave. Her actions will be reported to the health department.

I don't know where to start... Well if you care for your loved one or the person in need of care DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. I was a patient here for 2 days out of a week and the schedulers couldn't even get that done. Their employees steal from you and the owner Julie doesn't put the patient first. They will abandon you even on your scheduled day without any notice. There are so many risks and reasons why not to call this business. I can't stress enough how many different people they sent, stealing, no shows, having attitude and the office staff is very disrespectful once you've been there.

If I could rate this zero stars I would... My husband was a client of theirs, they dont seem to care much about their clients. They always seem to be under staffed and not well trained. If you get services on a weekend and the caregiver doesnt show up, good luck having the on call answer the phone. When they do answer, they just inform you that there is nothing they can do to help you which is unacceptable/unprofessional. I feel sorry for those who have no one else to pick up the slack for these so called caregivers, because the client is just left to fend for themselves for that day. The

I'm using the home help services it's a struggle with the care providers. I have to tell them what to do all the time on each shift .Yes it's the same personal I gets exhausting.Overall the Staff is kind and can only do what they have been trained to do .I vote more communication is needed and training.
