LA Health and Rehab Center, Inc. (LHRC) is a 501(C) 3 CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited substance use disorder, mental health, homelessness, and HIV/AIDS provider. LA Health and Rehab Options, Inc. (LHRO) provides home and community-based waiver services to developmentally, intellectually, and physically impaired children and adults; and the elderly.

To continually meet the overwhelming social, emotional, and health needs of communities across the state of Louisiana by providing quality residential and community-based services.

To develop and successfully implement comprehensive quality residential and community-based services to assist those with substance abuse and mental illness in becoming productive, self-sufficient, contributing members of our society; and to maximize independence and quality of life for the elderly and the emotionally, intellectually and physically disabled.

Louisiana Health and Rehab Center (LHRC)-Reality House provides quality, comprehensive treatment in a safe, caring, and supportive environment for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program-eligible women with substance use disorders and their dependent children ages 0-12 including TANF-eligible women with Opioid Use Disorders who may be pregnant and their delivered infants with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome/Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome.

Louisiana Health and Rehab Center (LHRC)-Life Care Center offers Adult and Adolescent Intense Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs that provide rehabilitative services to people with substance use disorder as well as those with co-occurring disorders. LHRC additionally offers children's prevention and Children of Alcoholics (COA) programs.

In collaboration with the FASD Center for Excellence within Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Department of Health and Human Services (DHH), has implemented Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) screenings and modifications to treatment (SMT) for our adult population.

The community and home-based waiver programs are designed to enhance greater levels of independence, functionality, and an overall higher quality of life for Medicaid recipients who would otherwise require institutional care.Waiver programs are strategically targeted to age and degree of impairment or disability.
