(LHRC) is a 501(C) 3 CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited substance use disorder, mental health, homelessness, and HIV/AIDS provider. LA Health and Rehab Options, Inc. (LHRO) provides home and community-based waiver services to developmentally, intellectually, and physically impaired children and adults; and the elderly.

Reality House

Louisiana Health and Rehab Center (LHRC)-Reality House provides quality, comprehensive treatment in a safe, caring, and supportive environment for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program-eligible women with substance use disorders and their dependent children ages 0-12 including TANF-eligible women with Opioid Use Disorders who may be pregnant and their delivered infants with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome/Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome.
Life Care Center

Louisiana Health and Rehab Center (LHRC)-Life Care Center offers Adult and Adolescent Intense Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs that provide rehabilitative services to people with substance use disorder as well as those with co-occurring disorders. LHRC additionally offers children's prevention and Children of Alcoholics (COA) programs.
