I called Jeff to ask for a quote to clear and re-mulch my flower beds, fruit trees, in my front and back yard and some landscaping on my fairly large property. He informed me that he was booked about two weeks out and that he wouldn't come out to just for a mulch job on a "small yard". He didn't even ask how large of yard I have or how large of area I needed to be mulched. If it was a small job I wouldn't be trying to pay Jeff to do it.

We are thrilled with our experience with Laytonscape and Jeff (and his great crew!). He gave us a quote on the spot, showed up several times before the job started to verify and brainstorm ideas. They took extra precautions to protect our property from any potential damage. They showed up on time to do the job, every day. They cleaned up any material from the road every afternoon. I called this company for sprinkler repair, but the person that answered told me they only do installs. I informed him the first thing on their website is about sprinkler repairs and he rudely told me he wasn't interested in my business. I suggested that maybe they should amend their website and he hung up on me. Maybe they should consider changing their catchy tag line, too, because "Where service is ALWAYS provided" is laughable.
