Ted S. Orkin, a native Jacksonian, has been involved in the real estate business in the Jackson Mississippi metro area since 1972. First licensed as a salesman, he obtained his brokers license in 1974 and worked in commercial sales and leasing for 19 years. He informally managed various properties while in the commercial arena then became more interested and focused on property management.

Worthless company that does nothing but collect their checks from HOA’s. We have a board of idiots that decided to use this company, and now $20,000 or our total annual HOA dues goes to this pathetic excuse for a company. If you go to them with any concerns then they will be in your yard that week taking pictures, and handing out fines. They definitely love to bully concerned citizens. Whatever you do, don’t move into an area being mismanaged by Orkin Property Management.
