Ted S. Orkin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been in the real estate business since 1972, obtaining his Salesman's license in February of that year. He was licensed as a Broker in 1974. After 19 years in commercial brokerage, Ted focused on property management in 1992 and began working in community association management in 1995. In April of 1997 Orkin Property Management, LLC was formed to provide management services for Community Associations, Shopping Centers and Office Buildings.

Ted S. Orkin, a native Jacksonian, has been involved in the real estate business in the Jackson Mississippi metro area since 1972. First licensed as a salesman, he obtained his brokers license in 1974 and worked in commercial sales and leasing for 19 years. He informally managed various properties while in the commercial arena then became more interested and focused on property management.
