Out of state landlord needed make ready/eviction follow up for missing rent Aug/Sept and ended up moving in November 2021. Could have been better cause you end up doing more work than you paid for. Unless you hound them for information, I didn't get my list of cost till December 2021 after owner occupied in November. All the cost were never approved in advance in writing, and inflated invoices, and lack of care in work completed, and lack of supervision of vendors was the end result. here the examples with pictures/video.
