Lil Ninjas
Specialized 30-minute Tae Kwon Do classes for 3-year-olds focusing on kindergarten readiness. Curriculum develops coordination, focus, and basic martial arts fundamentals through age-appropriate activities. Ideal for introducing young children to structured martial arts training.
Elite Kids
Progressive 60-minute Tae Kwon Do classes for ages 7-16. Covers self-defense techniques, sparring concepts, and belt advancement requirements. Designed to build discipline, physical fitness, and confidence through structured martial arts instruction.
Adult/Family Class
90-minute co-ed martial arts sessions for all skill levels. Combines Tae Kwon Do fundamentals with family bonding opportunities. Includes partner drills and group exercises suitable for participants aged 7 and older.
Kadena de Mano
Advanced 90-minute classes focusing on empty-hand techniques and weapon defense. Teaches practical self-defense skills including joint locks, disarming methods, and close-quarters combat. Requires minimum age of 13 for participation.
Birthday Parties

This is a great place that you want your kids to go to for Tae Kwon Do!. Mr.Sugar is really a kind and professional instructor. All the staff there is wonderful!. My son loves going there, he feels safe and very welcomed. He is also learning a lot and making progress. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!.

Mr. Sugar is really good with the kids. He takes time to not only learn each childs name. But each kid does get some one on one time with him. As well as the other instructors as needed. His prices are reasonable. The kids all seem to get along really well too! Advantage Martial arts is the best place to go. If you are looking for Taekwondo for your child.

I cant sing Michael Sugars praises higher. He is truly awesome! I love that his staff includes students and hope my kids will have that desire as they get older. I have two very active boys and this has been a wonderful discipline for them. He teaches self control, discipline, respect towards others, confidence building, character building (which I so appreciate), leadership and more. He goes above and beyond to work with the kids and any special needs they may need. I truly feel like he is a godsend. My boys love going!

My two youngest kids love it here. Mr Sugar and his staff are the best. Would definitely recommend to any person wanting to get into martial arts.
