Dr. Jiten Patel was born in London, England and moved with his family to Atlanta, Georgia in 1995. After graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Dr. Patel received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2012. Dr. Patel then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center.

Our office is conveniently located at 100 Sussex Avenue, adjacent to the old Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital and is accessible via all major roads. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5pm. We provide gentle, family-oriented dental care to the adults and children of Milford and the surrounding communities.
