Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method penetrates deep into fibers to lift dirt and allergens. Using 80% less water ensures carpets dry in 1-2 hours. The process removes 98% of non-living allergens while preserving carpet warranties through chemical-free solutions.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. technology breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level using UV detection and targeted treatment. This 24-hour process eliminates odors permanently rather than masking them, preventing repeat incidents in treated areas.
Air Duct Cleaning
Negative air pressure system removes contaminants from heating and cooling systems. Certified technicians use HEPA-filtered equipment to extract mold, pollen, and bacteria, improving indoor air quality and reducing energy costs by 25-40%.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Specialized solutions clean porous surfaces without damaging stone or ceramic tiles. The process includes sealing to prevent future staining and uses counter-rotating brushes to remove built-up grime while preserving surface integrity.
Commercial Cleaning
Customized maintenance plans for offices, hotels, and retail spaces. Low-moisture cleaning allows same-day use of facilities while meeting OSHA standards. Services include carpet, upholstery, and hard surface floor treatments with minimal business disruption.

I bought a new home and the carpets in the bedrooms had spots, stains and were in desperate need of cleaning. I had a local guy come out and he said he had spent 8 hours trying to get carpets clean for last home owners and couldn't do it, so we called Jeff's ChemDry and not only did he get the carpets done in just a few hours but all the stains were gone. He did an amazing job. I would give 10 stars on a 5 star review. He was not overpriced either.

Jeffs Chem Dry is the best! They do an excellent job! My carpet always looks brand new after they clean it and has no leftover soapy residue to collect dirt like with other carpet cleaners. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jeffs Chem Dry.
