I have been doing business with Nick Patel and family at this location for 5 or more years. A finer group of people you cannot find. His staff is always polite and willing to help you. They have on several occasion delivered my medication when i was to sick to drive up. Keep in mind they dont have a delivery sercive thry just did it becase they are such csring ppl. My insurance carrir keeps trying to make me use them but i say, Nick is family, you dont trade yor family to save a buck. God bless you and your staff, l love and respect you all.

I purchased a post op shoe for my Mom , she could not come in with me as she is recovering from pneumonia and is very weak. I had a conversation with one of the staff about not being sure if the shoe would work for my Mom because her foot was just swollen, she had not had surgery. I was just looking for something that fit over her foot to protect it so she could walk. I bought it on Wednesday, it wouldnt fit so I took it back on Thursday and was told I couldnt return it. I literally tried the shoe on with a sock for 2 minutes and realized it was not going to work. I was not told that I could

Nick Patel was who I was dealing with at my visit to The Apothecary Shoppe Pharmacy Douglasville location. All was very nice until he said they're "closing now six oclock" at 5:45 so I left. I called my insurance again for his info & then counted the eleven tablets. What? Was it supposed to be eleven? So I recounted, then looked on the vial label. It read count 16. So I called immediately & left a message to that effect on their voicemail. I came back today the next afternoon. I told him there's a mistake, that they gave me eleven tablets but the label reads sixteen. He in a rude tone said he counted

Staff was not welcoming. Upon walking in, I was not greeted. I was told to sit my prescription down on the counter because the worker had to clock in. Then she acted clueless when it came to helping me or answering a question on the phone. One person was doing everything. Dont think I will be returning unless I just have to. Customer service is a must, especially first thing in the mornings. You should be refreshed and ready to start a new day. How hard is it to say Good Morning.

They are very fast and have great Customer service.I have never waited over 5 minutes for my prescriptions.But if you don't have insurance and have to pay full price,they are double the cost of Kroger and Walmart.So that's my only problem.One of my prescriptions is $109 there and I get it a Kroger for $47.But I highly recommend them if you have insurance because they are the fastest and best customer service.
