Applaud the use of state of the art technology that is non-invasive for routine eye exams. They seem to update their machines and have made additional accommodations to be kid friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our entire family family of four has been coming here for the last 3 years.

These folks have it all together. Appointments are net on time with courtesy. Information is explained in detail. Equipment appears to be top of the line and very fast and efficient. I needed a upgrade to my lenses and able to purchase the lenses and frames right there with a two week wait. The price was higher than I have paid on prior glasses but the experience was totally worth the extra expense.

I extended my Texas travels in Austin and did not have enough contact lenses to get me through. A quick call and text of my Rx and voila, the great folks at Bristol provided me with some sample lenses to get me through. Totally outrageous customer service! I highly recommend Bristol Family Eyecare in Bee Cave, TX
