Have used and dealt with many contractors over 50 years, as a owner of real estate and as a real estate attorney, and have never had such a great and easy time with two recent contracts with Ultra Homes. They were always on time and very professional. When they left at the end of the day, always left the premises clean, so that you could live around the construction. After they finished their work either Bruno or a Forman inspected the work and were probably more critical than I was. They were only concerned that we were happy and that all work met their specifications.

Bruno and his team painted our entire home and we are highly satisfied.... Bruno is involved in all aspects of the work and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. In addition to the high quality of work, Bruno and his team are neat, clean and highly organized. All surfaces were properly prepped and then expertly painted.… Bruno is also extremely honest. Bruno did some extra things that other contractors would have charged for and he did not. Visitors come into our home and comment on the paint job. We would highly recommend Ulta Home Improvements.

Ulta Home Improvements is simply outstanding. It is clear from the quality of the work that they take great pride in their workmanship. Their estimates are accurate, and they do not underbid and "up-sell." They are clear about additional costs and owner options when they uncover unforeseen issues while doing the work. They clean up their work areas when they are done. They're a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be going back to them when I need to get any repair work or home improvements done.
