At Roscoe Property Management, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Stone Canyon welcomes cats and dogs, with no breed restrictions! For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 and pet rent of $35 per month.

This community is beautiful and the residents are great. Friendly, quiet and respectful. I truly love living here.
Maintenance has been super quick to take care of issues, the office staff has been very helpful and the location is so convenient to literally everything I need from groceries, to a vet to eating out.
I'm amazed at how quiet the unit is as well. There is always some noise when living in a multi family community but aside from the occasional slammed door or dog bark I don't hear anything!

Just moved in 2 days ago and found that the bathroom shower temperature control handle broken. My daughter could not take bath and had to go to a friends place. Whereas me and my wife had to go home without taking bath in such high heat season. The Apt was supposed to be inspected before handing it over to the tenant which is gross negligence. Also my daughter is seeing lots of pests in the apartment. looks like the pest control was not done before the apartment was handed over. But the management made sure that I complete all the formalities before renting this apartment and they did not complete

Literally the worst place ever! First week moved in and consistent issues! This is a temporary move until we’re able to find a home to purchase and I would rather live under the I-10 than to continue to stay in this place. People pay too much money here at this “luxury” place to have these many problems! Get it together!

This is my first apartment & by far it has been the worse experience! The walls are so thin & you can literally hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbors. I do not recommend living here! But if you decide to, apartment 1154 is the worse unit! MAKE SURE YOU DONT END UP IN THERE
Management does not explain about a "60 day policy" so now we ended up having to stay in extra month because they were going to charge us the extra month. As first time apartment living people, we were hoping they would understand but Katie (the manager) was so rude about it & never once apologized

**to update my review the person I spoke with yesterday even miscalculated the days and now I’m paying even more than he quoted me yesterday for the extra days. Very upsetting to me.
Apartment is nice, clean, and staff are friendly.
BUT- very frustrating to just find out they require a 60 DAY NOTICE that you’re leaving within the end of lease. I came here for a 3-month travel job as a nurse to assist with Covid-relief and am now stuck paying for a 4th month although my contract will be over.
I usually avoid big complexes such as this as they don’t verbally disclose big things like this

This is my first apartment and I couldn’t have had a better experience. All the staff in the front office are incredibly helpful and was willing to answer all my questions- and I had a lot! The property manager Katie is absolutely wonderful and always gets back to me in a timely manner and has really gone out of her way to help me and make my experience here wonderful! The only reason I left Stone Canyon was because I needed to be closer to ASU campus. I have early classes and didn't want to stress morning traffic. Overall, I had a very good experience at Stone Canyon. They went through a few owner changes but being a resident stayed steady. Maintenance works extremely hard with what they have and are provided. The leasing office is great. Katie, especially is wonderful. Thank you for a safe place to live for my first two years in Arizona.

Update! Every month my rent payments went up and I was hit with an excuse of an amenity and common area fee, however that fee changed monthly and was not addressed in my lease. Even with covid I was still charged. The apartment itself was okay, just outdated. White appliances, carpet everywhere, just not new/modern. Also they took my whole security deposit to "carpet clean" however my carpets had been cleaned a week prior to me moving out. It was just an excuse for them to take more money. I am not impressed with the complex. I moved back to Phoenix as a permanent resident and avoided

Me and my boyfriend lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. We just moved out because we are buying a house but if we weren't we would have stayed longer. They are very dog friendly, kept the grounds clean, and maintenance responded very quickly to service requests. Office staff is very nice and get back to you quickly. The apartments are very nice and updated. The upstairs neighbors dogs were a bit loud but the tv would cover the noise.
We moved out yesterday so we are still waiting for our security and pet refunds. I will update my review when we see if they add any charges. We left

I lived in this place for about 2 years and they always charge you with random hidden fees without letting you before hand. Their pest problem is never ending. The rent is super expensive relatively and the amenities are old and out dated. Their gym is smaller than a closet and their coffee machine is always broken. Ashley who works there does her best to rob you left and right.
