We specialize in providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children ages birth to three, pre-school age, and school age. Our therapists work closely with each other, the family, and their physicians to provide individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child. We work to provide services in a child's most natural setting including homes, daycares, schools and our three office locations.
Our therapists are specially trained in the field of Pediatric Therapy. We incorporate play into therapy sessions and are trained to be more sensitive to the emotional, psychological, and physical needs of children. Our therapists are all state licensed and stay current with new techniques and therapy modalities through teamwork and continuing education.

TalkBack was founded in 2003 by Ashley Morris, MSP, CCC-SLP to provide quality speech and language therapy services to children. In 2007, we began providing speech, language, and feeding therapy in the Tri-cities and surrounding areas of East Tennessee. In 2008, we opened our Kingsport office followed by the opening of our Johnson City clinic in 2010.
