I drove an hour each way to go here. I took my dog to have her eye checked out because its still swollen after an injury. I took her previously to Red Bank (who are excellent btw) and they told me to follow up with my regular vet after a week or so. So I went to WRVH and the doctor checked her eye. And did an unnecessary test of her eyeball. (She already saw an ophthalmologist in red bank) and prescribed a topical and steroid to bring down the swelling. They bring me my dog. Then I proceed to wait an hour for the medication. Then I waited another 20 minutes just to pay. I left. Drove an hour

I was referred to Dr. George by my ex-wife and her husband as well as my daughter. They highly recommended him. Now I see why. He was AMAZING!!! The staff was AMAZING!!! Everyone truly cared for my dog who is suffering from a back injury. They were not making me get a CT Scan. They stated it's beneficial but let's start with other less expensive options. They explained my choice was not hurting my dog. It was Christmas Day and I paid less than I would have thought. I saw nothing but happy pet owners and a staff that did nothing but smile and treat all pet owners with amazing respect

George Cattiny owns and runs this facility with a combination of a warm bedside manner, always professional, top quality services withreasonable prices! I just cant believe they are everything you would want or need and open 24/7 on top of that!
George really loves his clients and their pets. My dog Stella was going to have an operation and I was really apprehensive. George took time with me and not only made me comfortable but he assured me that there would be no mistakes

I'm very disappointed with the new way this place is run. I've had some good experiences in the past even when paying premium prices (and I've spent a lot). But this place has turned into another Oradell hospital. I had an appointment scheduled and waited for close to an hour and not even a tech came out. Techs would come out and couldn't find patients. Either they lost them or they walked out like I did. Meanwhile some walk ins got all kinds of attention. Maybe because they were cats? I don't know but I had to just leave because I didn't want to make a scene. Even though I probably had every right
