Questions
What type of lease agreements do you offer?
We provide individual lease agreements where each resident is solely responsible for their own rent payments, protecting tenants from roommate-related financial liabilities.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Yes, we accept pets with proper registration. Maximum two pets per apartment with size restrictions (40 lbs max at full growth) and breed-specific regulations apply.
What furniture is included in the apartments?
All units include living room sets (couch, chair, coffee table), bedroom furniture (full bed with under-bed storage, dresser, desk), kitchen tables, and major appliances.
How does rent payment work?
Monthly rent is due on the 1st with a 5-day grace period. Accepted payment methods include checks, money orders, or cashier's checks - never cash. Online payments available through the tenant portal.
What are the parking policies?
Each resident receives one parking decal for general access. Visitor parking includes temporary passes and designated spots throughout the property.
Do you offer summer term flexibility?
Our standard 12-month leases begin August 17th. We may accommodate alternate move-in dates depending on unit availability.

Regardless of having a parking permit to park there the property management had my vehicle towed because I accidentally hung the permit backwards in my rearview mirror one night. No warnings. No call to notify. Pictures proved the permit was visible from all angles if anyone wanted to look...but not facing 100% forward so they had me towed. Atlantic Recovery is in cahoots with them to squeeze $ out of students and residents to pad their pockets.

Student living for uncw students in Wilmington NC. Property is kept up well, with a nice swimming pool and area around the pool. Rooms are good, some wear and tear here and there but not bad for heavily used student living. Close proximity to college for a quick walk or bike.

Roaches everywhere and amenities break all the time. I would rent a house for cheaper and get way better everything

Its a good place to stay if you are a college student. However, the wifi has been a little iffy this is probably due to corona.. During regular school semesters a lot of students do their homework on campus. However, there are really no options to do it on campus so everyone in in their apartment doing it. With the added traffic it is to be expected for the wifi to be a little slower. Other than that everything else is great. The staff is great. The maintenance is great. They always keep the place looking nice and are always helpful! :)

I had a great time living here. The apartments are really nice and well kept. The staff is friendly. Its also really close to campus (UNCW), so I always biked to class.
