We hope that you're all now finding it easier to park! We have still been getting multiple complaints about dog poop on the property. As another reminder, as a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up after your dogs while taking them out, we appreciate your cooperation on this matter. Blue Point Residents, Some of you may have noticed in the last couple months, we've had some new maintenance staff.

2 The total refundable deposit is $500, and there is also an additional $200 non-refundable fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM. During these times, please be mindful of your neighbors. Turn music/TV down to a reasonable level, and keep noise to a minimum in breezeways and parking lots. Maintenance requests can be found in your leasing office, in the clubhouse area, or through your online leasing portal.
