I went to SEVERAL carpet places in Corpus and could not find any customer service. It was awful. But walking into CRT was great. Jennifer jumped up and greeted us and then continued helping us decide on the carpet we wanted. She also showed up on time to our measuring appointment and was great at communicating with us about any changes in scheduling. I will recommend CRT to any of my friends that ask about flooring. The install went well also. We are very pleased!

Highly recommend Shelley at the design center of CRT. She worked with me on the flooring and tile on our new home. She is awesome at assessing your taste and helping with the endless selections that have to be made. I love my finished product!

The floor/carpet experience that my mother in law had by CRT was great. Jennifer was our CRT representative that arrived on site, very professional, timely. The contractor was prompt and good, most of all the carpet was affordable. Mother in law Happy!

Paige was our account representative at CRT Flooring in Corpus Christi. She was professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process of installing new tile in our condominium located in Port Aransas. My wife and I could not be present during any of this work and we relied entirely on Paige to be our eyes and ears while ordering our product, scheduling our installation in a timely manner, and also working within the contractor requirements established by the management of our condo association. Our new tile looks wonderful and we highly recommend Paige and CRT Flooring to anyone

Evelyn was very knowledgeable and helpful when we selected carpet for the upstairs area in our home. Installation was done in a day and everything was cleaned up nicely after the crew completed the job. Would highly recommend CRT Flooring Concepts on 1604.

Excellent service. I will never go to Lowe's again. I have had them out for 3 different projects and they have done a wonderful job.
