Dr. Rahr is a native of Long Island. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Binghamton University of the State University of New York (SUNY) in 1998 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2002. After graduation, he completed a residency in General Dentistry at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Nassau County.
