I am very happy with Redinger's customer service. I called in to ask advice on purchasing a starting capacitor part for my AC unit. Erik quickly told me they have the part I needed and gave me advice on safely replacing the faulty capacitor. When I showed up to buy it, he tracked down the piece and gave me a fair price.

Called and said the air conditioner was not working. Was told that they would be in the area tomorrow anyway and would stop by. Turned out it was just a five dollar blown fuse received a bill for $105. And here they were in the area anyway doing other calls!

The integrity and kindness shown by this company says volumes in a small town! When I asked a bunch of questions, I was given answers based on the best deal for me, not for their income. That’s rare!
