The creation of AOK Gourmet - The North Shore & Chicago Caterer and AOK Gourmet.on the go Caf have always been my dream. Working in an array of Chicago's North Shore kitchens throughout my teenage years sparked my curiosity and love for fine food and great service. This passion and drive continued as I earned a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
