They are affectionately known as "The Queen B & Baby B" and the their talented culinary team and gifted staff make up the "and" in the name. Motivated by the loss of her beloved son, David Alan Bailey, Jr. aka "DJ", Demetra pushed forward to begin a long lasting journey and life of service. His struggle with brain cancer and his subsequent passing became the inspiration for the name of the Corporation: Soulful Creations, Inc.
