We are Malvagio's and we are devoted to bringing back the culture of wood fired oven cooking to the community. In doing so, creating bonds and growing community based relationships in front of a soothing wood fired oven all while consuming delicious wood fired treats. Malvagio's is owned and operated by Matthew and Svitlana Petersen of Hayden, Idaho.
