This seller is shady.
I sent an offer on an item they had listed. They accepted the offer and I paid. I later realized the title was misleading and so I messaged the buyer to make sure it was the exact item I purchased. The seller of course said - “yes it is.”
Later on the seller messages me saying they sold it in store and it was no longer available but I could spend my money on something else.
I asked for a refund because they didn’t have anything I wanted. Now my money is tied up for “3 to 5 business days” This business does not go the extra mile. Learn from my poor experience and

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Broadway Jewelry. I had them upgrade my engagement ring 2 years ago and what was supposed to be a 2 week process turned into a 2 month process because of mistakes on their part that they had to keep fixing. More recently, I paid to have my rings re-dipped after 2 years, and a week and a half later, one of my stones fell out. When I contacted them, I was told they would “take care of it.” When I dropped the ring off, the owner was quite discourteous and told me that since they had fixed my ring previously at no charge (mistakes they had made
