Entertainment Architecture is the design of commercial buildings with a focus on amusing themes. This includes not only Theme Park Architecture but also can include hotels, restaurants, and retail complexes. Typically, theme park architecture is as the name implies - thematic. Borrowing popular motifs from history and fairy tales, theme park buildings are designed to tell a story utilizing standard construction materials in non-standard ways.

Studio 407 specializes in unique and innovative car wash designs that stand out to potential customers but are still economical to develop and operate. Our expertise is illustrated by our return clientele. We are able to create a brand identity to expand into multiple locations, take on the unique nature of a local marketplace, or combine both as needed.

My husband and I have been working with Jeff for a few months on architectural drawings for our new business. Jeff has been very professional and timely. He has also communicated when he would be out of town, working ahead on what he could to continue our progress. To help expedite out buildout Jeff submitted out plans to the county, and followed up when the county had questions.
